This guide covers everything Cloneable does, and almost nobody needs all of it. Find the path below that matches what you are about to do, and start there.
Whoever you are, read Why your screens may not match this guide first. It is short, and it is what makes everything else here make sense. If you have never used Cloneable before, read How Cloneable works, start to finish before that.
Run the whole thing yourself
You are setting Cloneable up, sending crews out, and reviewing what comes back, all as one person or a very small team. Follow the guide start to finish: begin with Your profile and signing in, then let each article's Next button carry you forward through setting up your organization, building a configuration, creating work, collecting it in the field, and reviewing what comes back.
Set Cloneable up for other people
You are doing the setup, and other people will use it. Start with Your profile and signing in, then work through account and team setup, building a configuration, and creating work. You can skip Field Work with UtilityScout, since that section is written for the people actually out with a phone, then pick back up at reviewing and exporting once their data starts coming in.
Go out and collect
You need the field section, and not much else. Sign in first (Your profile and signing in), then start at Get UtilityScout from the App Store. The field articles are task modules, not a course to read in order; use the ones named by your crew card or needed by the situation. Your field shift: start ready, complete the record, finish synced is the one required field runbook.
If something goes wrong while you are out there, use When something goes wrong out in the field. We wrote it for someone standing at a pole, with no laptop.
Work the data once it is in
Crews are already capturing, and your job is what happens to their work afterward. Start at Find your way around the web portal, then follow the Next button through reviewing what your crews captured, getting your data out, and watching how the field is going.
Something is broken
Go straight to the problem. Start at Get help from Cloneable. The Fix a problem section groups articles by what you see on screen, not by what caused it, so search for the message you are looking at, or for what did not happen.
