What to search for
Search the App Store for Cloneable UtilityScout. The field app is iOS-only. It does not exist for Android.
If your company manages the phone, ask whoever manages devices to push Cloneable UtilityScout. Do not install a copy from a file someone sent you.
What the phone needs
iOS version | 17.6 or newer. On an older iPhone the App Store will refuse to install the app, and it will not tell you that the version is the reason. Update iOS first, then install. |
Device | Measurement work is best on the newest iPhone Pro. |
Android | Not available. There is no Android version. |
After you install it
You still need an invitation to the organization before you can sign in.
Ask the person who administers your Cloneable organization.
Then open UtilityScout and sign in. See Sign in and pick a job.
Run the current App Store version. If UtilityScout offers an update, take it before the shift.
