The Analytics dashboard

The Analytics dashboard behind Field Efficiency: its five tabs, the Include archived toggle, Refresh Data, and how it differs from the separate Export Activity widget.

Written by Ryan Miller

This is the one screen behind several other things this guide describes separately: it holds five tabs, and Field Efficiency is one of them. Organization admins and workforce managers see every fielder here; everyone else sees only their own activity.

Finding it

If you are an organization admin or workforce manager, open the account dropdown and choose Analytics.

Five tabs, one screen

  • Overview. Summary cards for the organization as a whole.

  • User Activity. A table of individual activity.

  • Jobs. A table of activity by job.

  • Trends. A chart of poles measured per shift over time.

  • Field Efficiency. Per-fielder timelines, always shown for the whole organization on this screen regardless of your own role. See Field Efficiency, and what each number means for what the numbers on that tab mean.

Include archived

A toggle above the tabs includes or excludes archived objects from what you see. It turns off on the Jobs tab specifically, because an archived object no longer carries the job and measurement fields that tab depends on, so including archived objects there would not mean anything.

Refresh Data

A Refresh Data button recalculates what the dashboard shows. If you have read-only access to this page, you will not see this button at all. That is deliberate. A refresh is an action your role cannot take, so Cloneable hides the control rather than showing you a button that would fail.

What this is not

The dashboard's home page also shows a separate Export Activity panel alongside this screen. That panel is not part of Analytics. It shows recent Katapult import and export trigger counts, not an export of anything on these tabs. If you are looking for that panel, it lives next to Analytics on the page, not inside it.
