Cloneable collects attachments your crews capture, and anything you upload yourself, in one place.
Getting there
Open Files, under the data section of your menu.
If you cannot see it, your role may not include it. Ask whoever manages your organization.
What it is for
Two jobs, and the first is the common one:
Finding something a crew captured, when you want the file itself rather than the object it is attached to.
Uploading something of your own, when a document needs to live alongside the work rather than in an email.
If you look for a specific pole's photographs, going through the object is usually quicker than going through this list. See Review what your crews captured.
Uploading
Choose Upload, then add your file.
When the upload finishes, a brief message confirms it, the panel closes itself, and the list reloads behind it. If you missed the message, the way to check is that your file is now in the list. Look there before uploading it a second time.
Before you upload anything
Treat this as shared with your organization rather than private to you. Who can see a given file is not something this guide can tell you reliably yet, and that is the safer assumption to work from.
If you are not sure whether something belongs here, ask before uploading rather than after.
Getting a copy of everything instead
This page is for finding individual files. If what you want is a whole job's worth of data and imagery packaged up to send somewhere, that is an export rather than a download from here. See Export your data.
