The Cloneable web portal keeps a single, org-wide list of every file your organization has uploaded, reached from the left sidebar under Data, then Files. This is the home for the assets that feed the rest of the platform: the PDF templates used to generate reports, image and document assets, and the on-device AI files that power certain UtilityScout features. (Those on-device AI files are a different thing from a "Katapult model" as the word "model" is used when connecting Katapult; despite the shared term, they are not the configuration you import.)
From this screen you can browse or search the files, upload new ones, copy a file's ID, download a file, or delete one. When you upload a PDF, the upload panel lets you flag it as a report template, which marks it for the report workflows that Cloneable can configure for your organization. The standard PDF report you generate when exporting a job uses a built-in layout, so there is no template to choose at export time.
The Files link appears in the sidebar for Org Admins and for the Analyst / Fielder role. As with the rest of the sidebar, that is a matter of which links a role is shown, not a security wall.
