This guide explains how to get access to Cloneable and the Utility Scout field app. The process depends on whether your organization already has a Cloneable account set up.

Your Organization Already Has Cloneable
If your company already uses Cloneable, the fastest way to get access is through your organization admin (usually a project manager or team lead). They can add you directly from the Cloneable web portal.
Ask your admin to:
Log in to the Cloneable web portal
Navigate to user management
Add your email address and assign your role
Once added, you can log in at the Cloneable web portal using the email your admin registered. The system uses email-based authentication, so you'll receive a login link at that email address.
Tip: If your email domain matches your organization's Cloneable account, you may be able to join automatically when you visit the login page. Enter your email and the system will check for a matching organization.
You Don't Have an Organization Contact
If you don't know who your admin is, or you're not sure if your company has Cloneable set up yet, you can request access through our support team:
Open the chat widget on the Cloneable website or app login screen
Type "Access Request" in the chat
Include the information listed below
A team member will review your request and follow up
What Information to Include
When requesting access through the chat widget, please provide:

Email Address | The email you'd like associated with your account. This is how you'll log in. |
First Name | Your first name |
Last Name | Your last name |
Company | The company or organization you work for |
Important: Double-check your email address before submitting. If there's a typo, we won't be able to reach you to complete the setup. Use the email your organization has on file if possible.
What Happens After You're Added
Once your account is set up:
Visit the Cloneable login page
Enter the email address associated with your account
You'll receive an email with a login link. Tap the link to sign in.
Download Utility Scout from the iOS App Store to start collecting data in the field
Note: Cloneable uses email-based authentication. There is no password to create or remember. Each time you log in, you'll verify through your email.
Haven't Heard Back?
If you requested access through the chat widget and it's been more than one business day:
Check your spam or junk folder for a reply
Verify you provided the correct email address
Send a follow-up message through the same chat widget, or email [email protected]
Note: If you submitted multiple access requests, don't worry. Our team will consolidate them and respond to your most recent message.
Common Questions
Can I request access for multiple people at once?
If you're a project manager or team lead, you can add team members directly from the Cloneable web portal once you have admin access. For bulk onboarding of a new team, reach out to [email protected] and we can coordinate.
I have an account but can't log in.
Make sure you're using the same email that was registered for your account. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the login link after entering your email. If you're still having trouble, message the support team through the chat widget.
What roles are available?
Your admin can assign you a role based on your responsibilities. Common roles include field technician (data collection), project manager (job oversight), and admin (full account management). Which iPhone do I need?
Utility Scout requires an iPhone 14 Pro or newer for the full measurement experience. Older or base-model iPhones may have limited functionality.
